My name is Spencer Reyes and I've had an interest in health for as long as I can remember. 

I started out of shape, energy depleted each day, in pain and overall weak (with trainers and gym memberships on & off for years).

Since then, I've completed my own health journey, along with completing several health-related college degrees with the highest being a Doctorate of Physical Therapy, which cost me years of my life and over $100K!

Now I've conquered my own health journey by becoming a Movement Expert. I have found out how to efficiently organize my daily schedule and finally understand practical nutrition to allow me to feel better and feel more comfortable and confident in daily movement.
